Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed within 3 full business days of the order being placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please note during sales or special events, the processing time may be longer. Please refer to the Estimated Delivery Date at checkout.

Please review your order details carefully prior to checkout, as are unable to cancel or edit orders once they have been placed.

Orders containing custom embroidered items require additional processing prior to shipment, to allow for the logo embroidery process. Thus, if you select standard shipping, your order will deliver within 15 business days.  Any item with custom embroidery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Shipping

  • Complimentary shipping on orders of $200 or more.

Standard Shipping orders will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Standard Shipping is available for orders to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Rural Routes, and P.O. Boxes. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is NOT currently available.

 

Express Shipping

  • Complimentary shipping on orders of $500 or more.

Express Shipping orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including Saturdays or holidays). For Rural Routes and remote locations, Express Shipping orders usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Express Shipping is NOT currently available for orders to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses including during promotional periods. Please note, some products (including shoes and sport coats) may not qualify for Express Shipping.

Priority Shipping

Orders must be placed by 10:30am EST to qualify for same day shipping. Priority Shipping orders usually arrive the following business day (not including Saturdays or holidays). For Rural Routes and remote locations, Priority shipping orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Priority Shipping is NOT available for orders to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Please note, some products (including shoes and sport coats) may not qualify for Express Shipping.
