Refund policy

 

3NET4 would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (golf shops or specialty retail stores).

Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Holiday Policy Extension: Due to potential shipping delays from carriers, 3NET4 will be extending its Return Policy during the holiday shopping period. Full-Price Merchandise purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025 must be returned within 90 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. We want you to shop with confidence while allowing gift recipients the proper time to return or exchange items if needed.

Sale-Price Merchandise is RETURN ONLY and must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Exchangeability: You may exchange a full-priced item for the same item/style number in a different color and/or size only. Your exchange order will be processed as soon as your return package has been dropped off with the return carrier and scanned into their network. Please Note: If you need your exchange item expedited or need a different item/style number please process a return and place a new order. Exchange orders cannot be edited once submitted.

Return Postage: Customer will  provide a complimentary return shipping label for returns made within the 60 day window for regular price merchandise and 30 days for sale items. If an exception is made for a return outside the return window, the responsibility of the return shipping will be that of the customer.

 

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping returned items back to 3NET4.

  • Return shipping fees are not pre-paid or reimbursed by 3NET4.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as 3NET4 is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.

  • Returns must be initiated within the specified return window stated on your order confirmation or product listing.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact 3NET4 Customer Support to request a return authorization.

  2. Package your item securely and include any required return documentation.

  3. Ship the item using the carrier of your choice. All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, any applicable refund or exchange will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable. These exceptions will be noted on the product page or during checkout.
